These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between PRTV Production & Entertainment PVT Ltd. ("the Agency") and all models, clients, and associated parties. By registering with the Agency, booking our services, or entering into any agreement, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Registration & Representation

1. Models must provide accurate personal details, photographs, and documents when applying.
2. Acceptance into the Agency's portfolio does not guarantee work or assignments.
3. The Agency reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any model at its discretion.

2. Bookings & Assignments

1. All bookings must be arranged through the Agency. Direct dealings between clients and models without the Agency's consent are prohibited.
2. The Agency will confirm bookings in writing, including project details, timings, location, and compensation.
3. Models are expected to arrive on time, in proper condition, and follow instructions provided by clients and the Agency.

3. Fees & Payments

1. All payments for assignments shall be made to the Agency, which will deduct its commission before paying the model.
2. Payments will be released to the model within 15 days after the Agency receives payment from the client.
3. The Agency is not responsible for unpaid client invoices but will take reasonable steps to collect dues.

4. Conduct & Professionalism

1. Models must maintain professional behavior, punctuality, and a presentable appearance at all assignments.
2. Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or inappropriate behavior during assignments is strictly prohibited.
3. Any misconduct may result in termination of representation.

5. Photography & Usage Rights

1. Clients may use images or videos of models only for the agreed purpose outlined in the booking contract.
2. Models grant the Agency permission to use their portfolio images for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media, marketing).
3. Any unauthorized use of images outside agreed terms may result in legal action.

6. Cancellations

1. If a client cancels less than 24 hours before a booking, cancellation fees may apply.
2. If a model cancels without valid reason, the Agency may impose penalties or reconsider representation.

7. Liability

1. The Agency is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages during assignments.
2. Models are encouraged to maintain personal health and accident insurance.

8. Termination of Agreement

1. Either party may terminate representation with 15 days written notice.
2. The Agency may terminate immediately in case of misconduct, breach of terms, or false representation.

9. Confidentiality

1. All parties must keep client details, assignment information, and Agency business confidential.

10. Governing Law

1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
2. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India - 273402.
